Urbas has created a new business area that will focus on the Healthcare sector (Senior Living, Senior Housing and residential and social health centers) and the Services sector (security, maintenance and cleaning). The company, which already participates in various economic areas with its 'Real Estate Development', 'Infrastructure and Building' and 'Energy and Industry' divisions, will call this new business line 'Urbas Services'.
After the agreement signed with the Belgian Socimi Care Property Invest (CPI) and the purchase of Fortia Healthcare, Urbas has positioned itself in the senior segment with a potential portfolio of 10,000 residential and social healthcare places until 2030. Juan
